For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the camera; capturing a moment through the lens that could otherwise be forgotten has always captivated me. I found my love for black and white film when I took my first photography class freshman year. The entire process, from being behind the camera, to seeking that special image, to the smell of fresh chemicals and the dim red light of the darkroom, creates a sensation of peace inside me unlike any other.
